Passover, First night seder! Monday, April 22nd at the ONE Community Center, 20 Allen St. Join together for our rousing, spiritual, vegetarian* pot-luck seder! Filled with song and story, and a great deal of joy, we’ll honor our past while reinvigorating our commitment to end injustice wherever it still exists. We’ll use the Haggadah, The Promise of the Land by Rabbi Ellen Bernstein.
No meat, please. Vegetarian (milk, eggs, cheese, gluten-free, etc. is welcomed) Please make a label with the dish’s ingredients. Obviously no wheat, rye, barley, oats and spelt in your dishes!
Doors open at 5:30.
Here’s how it breaks out:
If your last name begins with A-H, bring an appetizer
If your last names begins with I-R, bring a main dish (yes, we need more main dishes than dessert!)
If your last name begins with S-Z, bring a dessert.
