Rosh haShanna Day 2

  • Unitarian Universalist Meeting House 152 Pearl Street Burlington, VT, 05401 United States (map)

Rosh haShanna Day 2: Wednesday, Sept. 8th, 10am - 12:30 pm. Mindful Jewish practice helps us awake to the truth of this moment, seeing ourselves against the landscape of the whole of Creation. Using mindfulness techniques, chant, prayer, movement and teachings, we will seek to bring compassion to our yearning to return to wholeness. The second day is usually a quieter time, perfect for the introspection that can lead to teshuvah/returning to living according to our higher aspirations. This event will be held in the tent on the grounds of the UU. Masks required for all individuals. Only vaccinated individuals may attend in-person events.
